6. Are there Chapter Objectives listed?

Ans. No. For a very twisted reason. Chapter Objectives exacerbate the current problem of student learning being too “over-structured.”  Students learn because books tell them what they will learn. This steals from them the opportunity to learn how to discern “lessons” from a prose description of concepts, ideas, essays, and ultimately from real world events as they unfold. MYCBBook’s Chapter opening page instead highlights key topics in the chapter.
